Hi there - by the way, I said in the video that I couldn't remember how long it had been since the end of my last extended fast. Obviously I have now worked it out. Sorry - I'm not too organised :)
Also, excuse me for chopping the top of my head out of the frame - ha ha!! Just didn't check it at the time and is too dark tonight to record it again!!
