  Hey! Tomorrow I'm starting a 7 day water only fast.... I know that I won't be able to complete it, unless I tell someone, and am held accountable.... so..... Mr. Rob! I'm writing this to tell you that I am starting my fast tomorrow (the 23rd) and I'm going to end on the 29th if it's the last thing I do!!! Haha :) I just need to be held accountable, or else I'm not going to do it.... so, yes. Thanks!

  At what stage do you feel great when fasting, rather than sick? I just started a juice fast and am wondering if a water fast would be more beneficial as my juices contain sugar too. I juice them myself. I am totally sure I am addicted to sugar as I have been eating chocolate almost every day over the past two months and have just given up eating it today? I just want to get through the tough part.
