Tomorrow will be my first official start of water fasting. I imagine I will be here a lot, as I've tried water fasting before and I get to about my 2nd day and end up falling off the wagon.
But not this time.
Tomorrow WILL be my new start.
My goal weight (for now) is 200 lbs.
I am currently 260.
I figure if I can just get over this first week of fasting, the rest will be a piece of cake.
I've fasted before, and lost 40 pounds, but then I gained it all right back (and then some) withiin the next year. I'm young and I should be living the life I want, but I can't because of my self esteem issues and the extra fat around me.
Tonight I will have a light supper and tomorrow I will hopefully get at least 8 glasses of water in me.
I'd LOVE to have someone to share the expierence with, so if anyone out there needs a fasting buddy.
(and I mean anyone, newbie, expert, advice-giver, anything!!) I'm here!
